Mark and Terri were extremely helpful in locating a home when we were looking to move. Terri showed my wife and I at least a dozen homes before we found the one that was a perfect fit. To her credit, each of the homes we visited met our criteria and she never pressured us into settling for something we weren't absolutely satisfied with.
One afternoon, Terri learned of a home that had just fallen out of escrow and she immediately arranged a walk-through. Not only was it the perfect house, but it was listed at $20K below market. We made an offer and Terri diligently waited at the property until the seller accepted. I am confident that we would never have learned about this opportunity had we been with another agent.
Mark and Terri regularly sell the homes that they list for a premium. Our only regret is that we met them after we had arranged the sale of our previous home through another broker.

Just a quick note to tell you again how much we love being in our new home.
